Eligible customers can now pay MoHRE service fees and administrative fines in instalments through Tabby, offering a more flexible and convenient way to manage government payments in the UAE.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched a new instalment payment option through Tabby, allowing eligible customers to split service fees and administrative fines into affordable monthly payments. The initiative is part of the UAE government’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital services, improve customer experience and provide more flexible payment solutions for individuals and businesses.

With the new service, customers no longer need to pay the full amount upfront. Instead, they can choose Tabby during the payment process and repay the amount over time, making government transactions more convenient and easier to manage.

Flexible Instalments for Eligible MoHRE Payments

The new payment option applies to eligible MoHRE service fees and administrative fines. Customers can access the feature through the ministry’s official digital channels and authorised service centres.

Once Tabby is selected as the preferred payment method, eligible users complete a quick approval process. After approval, Tabby pays the full amount to MoHRE on the customer’s behalf, while the customer repays Tabby through an agreed instalment plan.

According to the ministry, eligible transactions can be divided into repayment plans ranging from four to 12 months, with a maximum transaction value of Dh20,000.

How to Use the Tabby Payment Option

Using the service is simple and entirely digital.

Customers can log in to MoHRE’s official website or smart application, select the required service fee or administrative fine, and proceed to the payment page. If the transaction is eligible, Tabby will appear as one of the available payment options.

After completing Tabby’s eligibility verification and receiving approval, the payment is processed immediately, while the customer follows the agreed repayment schedule.

Existing Bank Instalment Plans Continue

The launch of Tabby does not replace MoHRE’s existing instalment programme offered through partner banks.

Customers can continue paying eligible fees and administrative fines using instalment plans available through participating banks, including Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Commercial International Bank (CIB) and RAKBANK.

These bank instalment plans remain subject to each bank’s eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.

Why This Matters

The new payment option gives customers greater flexibility when managing government payments, particularly for higher-value transactions. Instead of paying the full amount at once, eligible users can spread payments over several months, helping them better manage their finances.

For employers and businesses that regularly use MoHRE services, the initiative also offers a more convenient way to complete government transactions while maintaining cash flow. The addition of Tabby expands the range of payment methods already available, giving customers more choice based on their financial needs.

Supporting the UAE’s Digital Transformation

Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MoHRE, said the initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to improving customer experience by expanding digital services and offering innovative payment solutions.

The introduction of Tabby also supports the UAE government’s broader vision of building a smarter, more efficient public service ecosystem through technology and digital innovation.

A Step Towards Smarter Government Services

The launch of the Tabby instalment option marks another milestone in the UAE’s digital transformation journey. By combining flexible payment solutions with fast and secure digital services, MoHRE is making government transactions more accessible for customers across the country.

Eligible users can now choose the instalment option when paying selected MoHRE service fees and administrative fines through the ministry’s official digital platforms, giving them a more convenient way to manage government payments while benefiting from greater financial flexibility.
