Dubai has been listed as one of the most attractive cities in the world, according to Euromonitor International’s Top 100 City Destinations Index of the year – 2022.
Moreover, the annual study looks out for few unique pillars – economy’s performance, business performance, tourism performance, tourism infra, tourism policy and its attractiveness, health and safety concerns, and sustainability.

Dubai comes just after Paris which has retained the first position. However, Dubai was ahead of other cities in the world including Amsterdam, Madrid, Rome, London, Munich, Berlin, Barcelona and New York among the top 10.
Since last year, the travel and tourism sectors has bounced back very strongly in Dubai due to the removal in Covid-induced travel restrictions.
Furthermore, the latest World Travel and Tourism Council study has projected that the Dubai will record the highest tourist spending among all the cities in the world in 2022, estimating to approximately $30 billion.
In the MENA region, according to Euromonitor, Dubai has retained its position as the top city destination for a two consecutive years.
