Kerzner International Holdings Limited, owner of Atlantis Resorts and Residences is behind the latest new venture to be announced, and this report has left us intrigued.
And the first to be constructed will be in Dubai, as Kerzner has from today taken over the management of Bab Al Shams and will start rebranding the hotel under its new concept.

Here’s what to expect
The owner ‘Kerzner’ claims that Rare Finds will also celebrate the individuality of each property, showcasing their unique identity, location, talent and expertise.
So at the Bab Al Shams, the infinity pool bordering the desert will also return, and the arabic cuisine will remain a signature within the hotel, with a renewed focus on serving up local produce.
Billing itself as a family-friendly resort, Rare Find’s Bab Al Shams is working to offer fun activities such as desert equestrian sports, stargazing with in-house astronomers, and sandboarding within the dunes.
Moreover, there will also be a new family entertainment venue aimed at appealing to all ages.
